Over the past year, Jobs.ie has partnered with ISME (Irish Small & Medium Enterprises Association) to connect with the business owners and employers who drive Ireland’s economy.
SMEs make up the backbone of the Irish business community, and hiring is one of the biggest challenges they face. This partnership gave us the chance to listen, share insights and show how Jobs.ie can support them in finding the right people.
Meeting SMEs in person
We hosted a three-city event series in Dublin, Cork and Limerick, bringing us face to face with business owners from across the country. These events gave us valuable conversations about the real hiring challenges SMEs face today, from attracting talent to standing out in a competitive market.
Reaching businesses nationwide
Alongside the events, we worked with ISME across email, social, and digital channels. This kept us in front of SME owners and decision-makers throughout the year, wherever they are in Ireland.
What’s next
