How does it work?
When you post your job on Jobs.ie you immediately receive up to 20 candidate recommendations. These recommendations are drawn from TalentBank, our all-island CV database. Our matching technology identifies the professionals who closely match your hiring needs, recommending candidates who are actively job hunting within 50km of your job location and with the skills and experience that match your job specifications.
You can invite these candidates to apply for your job. Just click on the Invite to Apply button beside your chosen candidate or candidates in your Recruiter Hub. Our system will send an email letting them know you think you are a good match for your vacancy and that you would like to invite them to apply for your role. Each Invite To Apply email includes a link to your job posting on Jobs.ie, making their application faster and easier.
