eBay in Ireland

Based in Dublin, the European HQ for eBay’s Global Customer Experience organisation has over 800 employees working in a variety of customer service and support roles. We’re currently expanding our workforce and we’re looking for people who love to help others, who want to make a difference in both work and the community, and who are looking for amazing career opportunities. If you believe you have the positive can-do eBay attitude to provide an amazing customer service experience and a passion for helping others, then we want to hear from you! eBay’s mantra is to ensure our employees work in a supportive environment where you can bring your whole self to work. Our focus is on allowing your individual personality to shine through; we want you to be you!

In return, you’ll work in a fantastic facility with a subsidised restaurant (yummy food), gym facilities (to keep you healthy), a wellness room and games area (to help you unwind), as well as lots of on-site services such as fitness classes, physiotherapy, dental check-ups and on-site banking.
eBay will also provide you with a comprehensive training program, where you will learn all about how we help our customers and solve their problems in the quickest, simplest, easiest way possible, and make them feel great about eBay along the way. eBay is also committed to supporting you while you grow and develop your career and canoffer you a range of exciting career opportunities, together with the support to help your realise your ambitions.

As well as being passionate about ensuring our customers receive an excellent service experience, eBay is also committed to giving back to the community. eBay supports a wide range of local and national charities, all nominated by the employees. This ranges from Temple Street Children’s Hospital, the NCBI and SVP, to local community programs and sports clubs. You decide! Employees are also encouraged to volunteer their time to support a variety of charities, from making and distributing care packages to the homeless, to team building activities at Dogs Trust. eBay will also match your charity donations and volunteer hours up to $2500 per year. There’s a vibrant social life in eBay Ireland, with lots of sports and social clubs, events and parties for you to enjoy!

So if you’re looking for a future, not just a job – check out the exciting opportunities in eBay Ireland.
