A family run business since 1914, Beshoffs Fish Mongers is part of one of the most established families in the seafood business in Ireland. Ivan Beshoff originally from the Ukraine was part of the mutinous crew of the Russian Imperial Navy vessel that landed in Ireland. He soon married an Irish woman and the Beshoff family name became firmly established in Ireland.

The First Beshoffs store opened in 1922 and from there following generations of the Beshoff family have firmly established the name as being synonymous with the seafood industry in Ireland.
