Job Description

We are actively looking for professional recruiters in areas such as IT, Health Sector and Engineering to join our growing team at BCS Sales Recruitment and Jobs Expo.

The Role:

  • Support the scheduling and tracking of the end to end hiring activities
  • Guide candidates through all the steps of the recruitment process
  • Support with candidate touch points, background checks and offers
  • Support pipeline activities such as advertising, marketing, job fairs and other events
  • Support team’s presence on LinkedIn and Social Media, including running candidate searches and proactive reach out to potential candidates


  • Previous experience in a similar role
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Ability to work efficiently and accurately when under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Accomplished written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
  • Ability to thrive under pressure in a fast-paced and very dynamic environment
  • Proven ability to adapt to an ongoing change
  • Ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Passion for continuous learning, improvement and growth
  • Ability to problem solve and come up with solutions
  • Demonstrated interest in Social Media
  • Creativity and proactive attitude
  • Fluent English verbal and written English

Excellent basic remuneration package plus generous commission structure for the ideal candidate.
