Salary: €25k plus health insurance, pension after 6 months’ probation and annual leave.
Location: Dublin South
Our client is now seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team. This role is based in South Dublin.
· Process Sales orders for all products
· Provide admin support to Sales Team
· Work along Account Managers and assist them with queries
· Report sales figures
· Check availability
· Keep account handlers up to date with changes to availability
· File sales orders and maintain efficient filing system
· Inform specialists of sites removed / suspended/ new sites and update the system
· Opening of the books – keep all requests on file and process options on the system
· Monitorinng competitive media to ensure maximum revenue and market share. Competitors report
Skills, Knowledge & Experience required:
· Experience in a Sales environment is preferable.
· Good communication skills
· Good computer knowledge (Excel, Word, Outlook)
· Need to be a team player
· Good organisation skills
· Good numerical ability - part of a sales environment
· Ability to work on several tasks simultaneously
