THE ROLE

You are an independent, flexible and motivated individual who loves the challenge of finding extraordinary talent and turning them into hires. Due to significant growth we are now looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant / Recruiter. The role will include the following:

Responsibilities:


  • Sourcing candidates for existing clients using a variety of traditional and innovative recruitment tools and strategies (including the use of social media)
  • Interview and telephone assessing of candidates
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with our leading clients
  • Arranging and attending client meetings to assess requirements
  • Continuously looking for new ways to improve the level of services to clients
  • Identifying new business opportunities through business development
  • Creating bespoke recruitment solutions that match our clients resourcing needs
  • Ad hoc duties

    - Previous sales experience is desirable
