The role will involve:
On-boarding and leavers process- leading the process for onboarding new joiners and exiting leavers.
Managing Probation reviews – working with managers to ensure probationary period are utilised correctly.
Long Service Awards – monitoring our systems for those due awards.
Wellness Programme - managing our calendar of events
Disciplinary meetings – advise and assist mangers as required
Grievance meetings – advise and assist mangers as required
Policies & Procedures – maintaining and updating as required
Health & Safety- assist H&S office as required
