Job Description

HR Operations Manager – Permanent – Dublin city centre & South Dublin 

Cpl are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Operations Manager to support and champion the People and Commercial Agenda across two key client sites creating a professional and productive profile with a positive working environment for all Cpl resources while ensuring compliance with all relevant statutory legislation and industry best practice.  This role will be based onsite with Microsoft and eir, two of our most innovative and fast-paced clients. The role will be based onsite in Leopardstown and the Heuston Quarter in Dublin city centre. 

Role responsibilities:

  • Drive and influence people aspects of organisational change, structures, people processes and business improvement initiatives across the site
  • Provide both transformational advice and transactional support to both Client and Cpl on change management initiatives, organisational restructures, job role design, outsourcing, TUPE transfers, redundancy, disciplinary and absence management solutions
  • Support a team of empowered, high performing and engaged Service Delivery Managers
  • Provide support and coaching to Service Delivery Managers on human resource issues relating to their team members, ensuring accurate and timely resolution and documentation of concerns or issues
  • Support employees on any human resource issues or queries they may have and facilitating actions to resolve these in a timely manner
  • Implement the Company’s performance management and improvement systems and provide continuous support and advice to Service Delivery Managers and individual employees in this regard
  • Drive the commercial mission of the team on site in their efforts to promote and extend the Cpl relationship and service portfolio across Client and the Talent Source Programme
  • Pro-actively engage the Contractor Hub resources and their Client Managers to ensure professional and accessible Cpl profile onsite
  • Advise on pay and other issues, including promotion and benefits
  • Supervise payroll and billing administration and the maintenance of up to date and accurate staff records
  • Provide support on the research, design and development of HR initiatives in support of the HR strategy, using expert knowledge of the client area
  • Ensure that Cpl adheres to the Irish Employment Legislation
  • Play a key role as the key interface on behalf of Cpl onsite in Microsoft
  • Ensure connectivity with Cpl Group HR when driving Talent and Performance Management agenda
  • Prepare, track and report on site budgets, billing and HR data

Role requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years` HR operational leadership experience
  • Strong business acumen and commercial understanding
  • Good understanding and practical experience of Irish employment legislation
  • Experience of budgeting
  • Leadership ability to develop and implement HR Strategies to support business growth and ROI for Cpl and Client
  • Ability to deliver complex change management programmes in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong project management, communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish credibility with Business Directors, Client Stakeholders / Senior Management and staff.
  • Strong customer focus attitude
