Temporary HR Administrator (6 Month Contract)

An excellent opportunity to join an extremely busy HR team. You will act as the initial point of contact for the HR team.
- Providing general admin support to the HR team
- Handle telephone, written and personal enquiries
- Organise meetings, arranging the venues and taking minutes of meetings.
- Assist in the production of documents, reports, correspondence and materials.
- Administer routine human resource matters
- Maintain an efficient records management system in relation to staff sick leave, attendance & absenteeism, annual and other leave, salary, personnel files, training etc.
The ideal candidate must have previous HR experience along with excellent organisational and communication skills.
