Job Description

This is an exciting, fast paced role providing administration support to the Three Ireland recruitment team. Acting as first point of contact for candidates, agencies and hiring managers, this role is the heart of this dynamic team.

What else it involves

  • Advertise vacancies via the applicant tracking system (AMRIS), uploading to the intranet and and across all relevant channels.
  • Provide administration assistance and support to the recruitment team and acting point of contact in their absence.
  • Maintenance of all job boards ensuring all live vacancies are advertised
  • Assist recruitment team in shortlisting CV's and applications for hiring managers when necessary.
  • Pre-screen candidates for high volume recruitment campaigns and conduct telephone interviews as required.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders across the business in the coordination of interview and assessment centre schedules. Proactively managing all diaries and room bookings.
  • Assist in preparation of all materials for assessment centres and attend & facilitate assessment centres when required.
  • Provide advice, guidance and support to key stakeholders on all aspects of the recruitment process, ensuring consistency and fairness is maintained at all times.
  • Maintain the recruitment database and record all activities including request for presentation and online assessment invitations.
  • Maintenance of on internal communications on recruitment policies and process on company intranet.
  • Preparation of weekly and monthly reports providing business with clear recruitment activity updates.
  • First point of contact for recruitment agencies in the scheduling of interviews.
  • Ensure a professional, consistent and efficient recruitment/candidate experience for both internal and external applicants.
  • Conduct all reference checks for potential hires and confirm right to work.
  • Assist with adhoc projects as required

  • Results driven with strong initiative and self-motivation
  • Customer focused with strong relationship building and stakeholder management skills
  • Microsoft Office proficient with intermediate to advanced level excel.
  • Familiarity of applicant tracking systems and recruitment reporting required
  • Previous HR or recruitment experience would be an advantage
