Job Description

Customer Service Representative - Medical Devices - 12 month contract

The role of customer service representative is to interact with customers on behalf of the organisation. To provide basic information about products and services, process customer orders, respond to customer complaints and process returns.

The role liaises with all departments in the organisation.

Areas of Responsibility:

· Sales Order Processing, receiving sales orders and inputting of same onto SAP

· Customer Deliveries - Processing deliveries through SAP

· Incoming customer call handling

· Addressing customer and internal queries

· Handling customer queries & complaints

· Processing customer returns

· Processing credits and debits

· Other adhoc duties and projects as they arise from time to time
Key Attributes:

· SAP experience essential

· Customer Service Experience

· Previous experience in a GDP environment

· Self-motivated and ability to work in a small team environment

· Good communication and interpersonal skills

· Good organisation skills, attention to detail and accuracy

· Confidential and able to handle access to sensitive information

· Proficient with Microsoft Office products , Word, Excel, Powerpoint

· General Business Qualification (Desired)
