Job Description

The Castleoaks House Hotel is looking to hire a Food and Beverage Supervisor to join its team.

Duties to include:

  • This is a hands on roll and may suit a Senior Barperson looking to advance their career.

Ideal candidate must have:

  • 2 to 3 years experience in a busy bar/barfood environment
  • Excellent English, both oral and written.
  • Be available to work varying shifts ie. 12.30pm to 10pm during the week as well as weekends
  • Be capable of working on own initiative, possess excellent customer care skills.
  • Must have own transport
  • Be physically capable to carry out various manual tasks
