Based in Dublin 4, We are a gastropub with a focus to produce high quality dishes using the best of Irish produce. The Chef/Owner and his Head Chef have adapted their skills from Michelin star restaurants, to suit the more relaxed environment in The Chop House. We also feature in the Michelin Pub Guide
The Role:
We require a Chef de Partie and Junior Sous Chef to join our busy team. This role is fast paced and pressurised so the successful chef must have proven experience at senior level in Fine Dining Establishments.
The main responsibilities of the role include but are not limited to:
- Assisting the head chef in maintaining high levels of quality, service, presentation and cleanliness
- Responsible for the entire food production operation
- Food ordering and cost control
Experience:
- Previous experience in a similar role in a busy kitchen environment.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Passionate about creating great food
- Be highly motivated and flexible
