What we’re looking for

Carluccio’s unique combination of deli and restaurant has helped it to be embraced by its customers, who love the fact that they can pop in for an espresso and a pastry or sit down for a three-course lunch, pick up some specialist olive oil or order a picnic.

To work in as a Host & Deli in Carluccio’s, you’ll need to be inspired by what we do and keen to develop your knowledge and become an expert advocate for great, authentic Italian products and food. You’ll be happy serving customers in a busy environment, where you’ll do everything from setting up the breakfast display to stocking up the cold counter with cold meats, olives and cheeses; helping customers put together a bespoke picnic to working out a menu for a special dinner party; serving Milano lattes first thing to espressos at the end of the day. You will also love meeting & greeting people with a smile and helping them decide to dine in Carluccios.
