We are currently recruiting Commis chefs Fish Shack Malahide.

Ideal candidate will have a passion for food, experience with a variety of cuisines and have experience in menu design and costings. Will be a team player, have the ability to motivate and train junior chefs and assist in managing the kitchen in the absence of the Head Chef. Immediate start.

Key Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy fast paced professional kitchen
Fluent English Required
Meet high standards in Health & Safety and HACCP
Previous food preparation experience essential
Ordering and management of all restaurant stock
Excellent communication skills
Flexibility is essential
