Job Description
The purpose of the Bar Manager role is to provide quality services to the Kyles clients/customers and to understand that this role plays a significant part of the Kyles brand experience. The Kyles brand is a multi-service experience. Although you may be trained up to manage some of the Bar tasks, you may be required to train and work across other Kyles event services that are allied to this role.
Job Requirements
Must have relevant experience and ability to carry out the following:
Key Responsibilities:
- Hands-on Management of Malahide RFC Bar Function
- Meet the Outside Catering Bar Requirements including set up, stock, staffing etc.
- Build fruitful, lasting relationships with Functions clients, Club member’s & Stakeholders
- Increasing Footfall & Revenues through Sales, Upselling & Promotional Strategy
- Establishing & Maintaining a very high level of Customer Service, Cleanliness & Hygiene
- Recruitment, Training and Daily Management of Bar & Floor Team
- Overseeing Operations including Stock Ordering, Control & Till/Cash/CC Reconciliations
- Review & Analyse the sales, purchases & staffing expenses to ensure maximum profitability
- Weekly planning, rosters and attendance at management meetings
- Ensure all new initiatives are implemented in the agreed time frame
- Complies with internal and external company policies. Adheres to all legal requirements.
- Communicates all financial matters to the appropriate persons i.e. Accounts Manager.
- Encourages team relationships and build repour with all members of the team.
