We are currently seeking applicants for the position of Savoury & Bakery Commis Chefs. The ideal candidate will have 1+ years experience at a similar level of service.
An excellent level of written and spoken English is essential to this role.

As Commis Chef, you will be responsible for:

• Always striving to achieve our Core Values & Mission Statement of “Delight the Senses”.
• Communicate with the Executive Chef and Management Team to ensure the smooth running of the section section at all times.
• To ensure good inter departmental co-operations and communication maintained at all times.
• Ensure all equipment is in proper operational condition and cleaned on a regular basis.
• Ensure all menus items are prepared and presented according to the established recipes and standards.
• Use guest and management feedback to improve food quality and presentation.
• Adhere to government regulations as well as Café standards and company policies and procedures.
