l’Ecrivain Restaurant is a Michelin starred, fine dining restaurant located on Baggot Street in the city centre. 

We are currently recruiting Full-time waiting staff to join our exceptional Front of House team.

The restaurant closes on Sundays and Bank holidays. We are open for lunch on Fridays (January to November) and Monday to Friday in the month of December, and dinner Monday through to Saturday.   

Qualifications / Experience required for the role of Chef de Rang:

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in a busy fine dining or Michelin-Starred Establishment
• Excellent organisational and communicational skills
• A positive attitude and outgoing personality is essential for this role 
• The successful candidate will have excellent spoken English
