Job Description

l’Ecrivain Restaurant is a Michelin starred, fine dining restaurant located on Baggot Street in the city centre.  We are currently recruiting a Chef de Partie.
The successful candidate for Chef de Partie should be able to work well under pressure. A strong work ethic is essential to take on this role, as the position requires a hands on approach. The ideal candidate will be able to provide guests with food of a high standard of preparation and presentation and will be required to work as part of the Kitchen Team in order to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and service.

 

Qualifications / Experience required for the role of Chef de Partie:

  • At least 2 years experience in a busy fine dining or Michelin-Starred Establishment
  • Fluent English
  • Excellent communication skills

 

The position is full time and permanent and requires an immediate start.
