Job Description
Location: SAP Landscapes Head Office, Ballygoran, Maynooth, Co.Kildare
Reporting to: Contracts Manager & Senior Contracts Manager
Position: Administrator
Roles and Goals
The primary purpose of this position is to add value to the landscape management team by; Allowing the Contracts Managers more time on sites by divesting them of key bureaucratic and administrative duties, by adding margin to tenders and contracts through effective procurement management and by assisting in general desk based contracts management tasks to improve the throughput and efficiency of works undertaken.
- In order for you to deliver effectively on these aims you will need to quickly become proficient in bespoke software solutions employed by the company. These include: eForms, eSAP, Valesco, CS Project and COINS.
- It is imperative that you have the ability to quickly integrate with and support the existing management team.
Desired Experience & Skills
- Minimum 2 years strong administration experience.
- Plant knowledge is an advantage.
- Good working knowledge of Word, Excel and other MS Office software systems.
- Excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with the ability to drive change & adapt to different working environments.
- Excellent interpersonal and problem solving skills.
- Ability to multi- task is essential for this role.
- Good attention to detail whilst working to deadlines.
- Ability to prioritise numerous tasks to promote and ensure the smooth day to day running of the Landscapes Department.
- Ensure work is of a high standard that is expected in SAP Landscapes.
