Experienced Head Chef required for busy boutique hotel/wedding venue in Slane, Co Meath.    

 Responsibilities:

·         Maintaining consistently high standards with food

·         Overseeing the budget and maintaining agreed targets

·         Ensuring compliance with HACCP

·         Manage the Kitchen Team

·         Previous ordering experience

·         Maintain hygiene and cleanliness standards

·         Stock control and food handling

 The ideal candidate will have:

·            At least 4 years’ experience as a Head Chef

·         Have a genuine passion for food and the hospitality industry.

·         Have excellent communication skills with a fluency in spoken and written English.

·         Ensure a professional and courteous service

·         Food is delivered in accordance with agreed standards

·         Work well under pressure and on their own initiative

·         Highly motivated, hardworking and flexible as working hours will include most weekends
