Job Description
The Metropole Hotel, Cork has long been recognised as a preferred employer and as a training ground for some of the most talented individuals in the hospitality industry.
We currently require a Chef de Partie.
The role will include Conference & Banqueting, Brasserie restaurant and Fine-dining therefore a broad range of experience would be a distinct advantage
Minimum 2+ years experience essential
All applicants are required to have a basic HACCP qualification or Food Handlers Certificate.
Fluency in written and spoken English is essential.
