We are currently recruiting a Manager to join our team in Lucan. Reporting to the Owner you will take responsibility for the performance of the restaurant. 

Key Responsibilities: 

• recruit, train, and motivate staff
• respond to customer queries and complaints
• check stock levels, supplies and prepare cash drawers
• Answering phones and taking orders
• Keeping restaurant tidy by ensuring high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety
• Manage the till
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues

The ideal candidate for this position:

• Minimum 1 years experience In a similar role
• HAACP trained
• Must be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service
• Must have the ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
• Must be flexible with regards to hours. Daytime and evening hours are required
• Must have a good command of the English Language
• Must have excellent self-presentation
