We are currently recruiting for Night Porter within our team at House.

Ideally, the successful candidate will have worked in a similar environment, has excellent attention to detail and is able work both as part of a team and by themselves. Excellent spoken English is essential. Candidates should be able to demonstrate a proven track record of reliability and integrity in their previous employment where customer service took the highest priority. 

Some duties will include:

·         Cleaning & preparation of rooms

·         Clean other areas as required

·         To be pleasant and courteous to guests and colleagues at all times

·         To report guest comments or complaints

·         To carry out any other duties as required

·         Is available to register, process, and greet guests promptly

·         Welcomes guests to the hotel

·         Allocates rooms and issues appropriate keys

·         Is aware, at all times, of current room status and room availability

·         Communicates effectively with customers, colleagues, and supervisors

·         Demonstrates teamwork by co-operating and assisting colleagues as needed

·         Informs Management regarding lost and found objects
