Night Porter/Auditor

The Montenotte Hotel are currently has an exciting opportunity for a Night Porter/Auditor position.

The ideal candidate will:

Have a professional and friendly approach and must be focused on providing excellent customer service.
Be responsible for the Fire, Health and Safety and Security of the hotel guests and property during your shift.
Deal with all late arrivals and early departures in a friendly and efficient manner.
Answer the switchboard and hotel telephone and direct the calls appropriately, deal with any queries that may arise.
Run necessary night audits, Room Set Ups, etc..
Routine cleaning of public areas.
Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years previous night porter experience in a similar Hotel environment.
Excellent communication skills are essential.
Previous experience of Hotsoft reservation system
Fluent English is necessary
This position is casual (hours based on business demand).
