We are currently looking for an experienced Cocktail Bartender to help us provide outstanding service and a fantastic customer experience.

The ideal candidates must have previous experience working in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate a strong work ethic as well as being customer focused.

Shift work and flexibility is required in this position.

Salary negotiable

The successful candidate will -

Have a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a busy cocktail bar and must have the flexibility to work late nights and weekends.

Have a friendly and outgoing personality

Have the ability to develop creative cocktail menus and drive sales

Have a vast knowledge of spirits and cocktails and a keen interest in all aspects of the drinks industry.

Have the ability to multi task in a face-paced environment.
