Chef de Partie

64 Wine is a wine shop, café and winebar located in Glasthule, Co Dublin.  We are looking for an enthusiastic  Chef de Partie. 

Basic Requirements:

-          Must be passionate and interested in food.

-          HACCP Level 1 qualification desirable but not essential

-          Methodical , organised team player.

-          Good level of written and verbal English.

Responsibilities:

-  Prepping a varied selection of foods for our cafe /  wine bar.

- Keeping records and generally complying with food safety regulations.

- Ensuring food is rotated correctly and stored in the appropriate manner.

- Cleaning down the food preparation area at the end of the day.

- Covering other Chefs on their day off.

The ideal candidate:

- Will be organised and methodical as we are a very busy establishment.

The job:

- Working 5 days in 7.

- Shifts are mixed between 8.00am – 10.30pm
