Assistant F&B Manager required for tourist orientated Traditional Irish Bar in Temple Bar.  This is a great opportunity for the right candidate. Successful candidate will work closely with the owner in the operation and management of a busy bar with an extensive food offering and also a restaurant.  The Oliver St. John Gogarty recently won Best Gastro Pub in Ireland Award and a high level of commitment and experience as regards bar food is also required in addition to bar knowledge.

The successful candidate must meet the following criteria:

- Have at least 3 years food and beverage management experience in a busy establishment.
- Have worked in a tourist orientated bar/restaurant environment.
- Excellent knowledge of food and related standards.
- Excellent people management skills and ability to manage individuals with a range of nationalities.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team.
- Adhere to the highest level of customer service and provide customers with a memorable experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English and legally entitled to work in Ireland.
