Position Summary
Care Team Executives are members of the collaborative team who contribute to the provision of high-quality, safe, compassionate and efficient care to meet the needs of patients and clinicians.
They contribute to a positive patient and clinician experience on VideoDoc.
Main Responsibilities
- Manage the customer service activities for both patients and clinicians
- Assist patients and doctors in resolving technical problems
- Ensure adequate GP cover on platforms
- Follow up on customer complaints
- Interact with patients via inbound/outbound telephone calls
- Follow up where necessary on referrals, prescriptions, work-notes etc
- Support, protect, and safeguard patient’s rights and interests
- Secure appointments on behalf of patients with specialists
- Liaising with VideoDoctor’s where necessary to resolve patient queries
Roles Requirements
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Customer Service role, within a healthcare environment is desirable
- Customer first attitude
- Competent working with technology
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build a strong team focused on the corporate goals
- Team player
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organisation, planning and follow-up skills
- Multi-lingual skills are a plus.
