Awesome Pizza Chef required for Dunne & Crescenzi Italian Restaurant

Award winning Dublin restaurant group Dunne & Crescenzi require a Pizza Chef with experience in preparing Italian pizza. We emphasise authentic Italian cuisine and innovative menus. If you are interested in joining our team, please apply.

Candidates will be responsible for:
- Pizza preparation, cooking and presentation
- Development of other pizza bakes
- HACCP compliance
- Stock controls
- Quality control and consistency
- Menu design, planning, and implementation

Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years relevant cooking experience
• Experience in bakery, pasticceria, or equivalent is considered an asset
• You will also be proficient in HACCP regulations.
