PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
To deliver at all times the highest quality of beverage and food service in our Fahrenheit Restaurant AA Rosette
To strive at all times to exceed the expectations of all customers within the hotel and to do so in a pleasant and efficient manner in accordance with the established standards in the hotel.
To adhere to all Health & Safety, Hygiene and Cashiering Procedures.
To maximise sales and revenue in the F&B outlets at all times.
To handle customer queries and complaints in a professional, efficient manner.
To strive at all times to exceed the expectations of all customers within the hotel and to do so in a pleasant and efficient manner in accordance with the established standards in the hotel.

EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION:
Previous experience working in a busy hotel F&B outlet is essential.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills essential as is the ability to work as part of a team and on one's own initiative.
