Sous Chef Required

This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidates to further their careers in an established busy restaurant in Delgany Co Wicklow

Ideal candidate:
  • should have 2/3 years restaurant experience
  • you should be self motivated, enthusiastic and energetic
  • have a flair and passion, which will be reflected in your cooking
  • you will also be proficient in HACCP regulations
  • have previous experience in a busy fast paced restaurant
  • have at least two years experience working in an english speaking kitchen
