Title – Customer Support Specialist
Hours – Full Time, weekdays
Salary – €20,000 to €25,000 (dependant on experience)
Location - Dublin
We are looking for a flexible and dedicated person that will act as a Customer Support Specialist for our company. Your main responsibility will be to handle all of the Customer and End-User queries that we receive regarding their utilisation of our software tool. Client queries may be both technical and non-technical in nature and we will provide you with training on how to use the software fully and how to answer these types of queries.
You will be supporting customers from various countries but mainly within the UK and US. Most communications will come through a chat/messaging tool but you will be required to take support phone calls as well. Other duties will include: investigating reported bugs in the system and documenting those to the Operations team, collaborating with our team to continually improve our “help page” of knowledge base articles and other similar tasks.
All candidates must have excellent communication skills, be very detail oriented, the ability to be patient and supportive to customers, able to multitask on a daily basis, have proficient typing skills, and be very self-motivated with a team player mentality. The ideal candidate would also have some experience in either a customer service or a help desk support environment, past use of chat based support tools would be a plus, as well as some IT and/or troubleshooting background.
