We are currently looking to recruit Counter Assistants for our restaurants, who have a passion for retailing and customer service. Experience working in a fast paced restaurant or take away an advantage.
Your duties will include:
- Providing our customers with GREAT SERVICE.
- Accurately processing orders from initial contact to delivery.
- Build rapport with cliental and colleagues.
- Prior knowledge of HACCP and Health and Safety preferable.
- Attention to detail and cleanliness is essential. Prioritise and organise tasks and self, to meet customer service requirements while maintaining a clean workstation.
This position requires applicants to be fully flexible as it will be shift based. Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential.
