Quays Irish Restaurant based in Temple Bar Dublin 2, is seeking to recruit a Grill/ Chef de Partie & an Experienced Kitchen Porter to join our team. We are a fast pased traditional Irish restaurant that specialise in traditional dishes including; Irish Stews, Famous Wicklow Lamb Shanks, Dublin Coddle, Cottage Pie, Slow cooked beef, Guinness Stew, steaks, seafood and vegetarian options.

Grill Chef/Chef de Partie Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years work experience
• Ensuring all food production is in line with our high food standards
• Work effectively within the kitchen team to ensure high customer service standards
• Be dedicated, passionate and have the will to produce excellent food
• Follow all health and hygiene standards
• Fluent level of written and spoken English
• Have good communication skills
• All candidates must have a valid permit to live and work in Ireland
