Quays Irish Restaurant based in Temple Bar Dublin 2, is seeking to recruit a Grill/ Chef de Partie & an Experienced Kitchen Porter to join our team. We are a fast pased traditional Irish restaurant that specialise in traditional dishes including; Irish Stews, Famous Wicklow Lamb Shanks, Dublin Coddle, Cottage Pie, Slow cooked beef, Guinness Stew, steaks, seafood and vegetarian options.
Grill Chef/Chef de Partie Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years work experience
- Ensuring all food production is in line with our high food standards
- Work effectively within the kitchen team to ensure high customer service standards
- Be dedicated, passionate and have the will to produce excellent food
- Follow all health and hygiene standards
- Fluent level of written and spoken English
- Have good communication skills
- All candidates must have a valid permit to live and work in Ireland
