The Clayton Hotel Burlington Road, is now recruiting a full time Bar Manager to join the Food & Beverage Management team. This role will primarily be responsible for the Bar Service of both food and beverage and will report directly to the Assistant F&B Manager. The successful applicant will also support with beverage service in all other hotel outlets.

Previous experince in a similar role, managing large volume beverage service is essential. Experience on training in Food & Beverage will also be benefical.
