The successful individual will be involved in the preparation and production of all food in the pastry section under the direction of the Executive Chef.
Possess a solid knowledge of all areas of Pastry
Have a minimum of 2/3 years experience working in the pastry area is essential
Have the ability to work in a busy pressurised environment
Have a good command of the English language is necessary
