Food & Beverage Assistant Manager  – 4* Dublin Hotel 
 
Dublins Trinity City Hotel, located in the heart of the city has a vacancy for a F&B Assistant Manager. The Hotel has a busy Bar & Restaurant operation and its team pride themselves in exceeding guests needs so this role is vital in maintaining and improving internal and external expectations at all times at every level of the service experience.
 
This exciting role requires someone that can motivate and support the Food and Beverage team. This hands on position will require someone with strong interpersonal and communication skills that works well in a busy environment. Ideally the suitable candidate should have a minimum 1 years similiar experience in a large Hotel and a proven track record in Food & Beverage and managaging a busy team. This opportuntuniy is ideal for a results-oriented professional ready for the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
- Day to day operation of all food and beverage operations.
- To ensure 4 star customer service to all guests in both the bar & restaurant at all times.
- Tom maintain 4 star service standards through out the department.
- Support the F&B Manager to manage payroll and work within directed budgets.
- Ensure SOP compliance and training amongst F&B team is up to date and documented accordingly.
- Support the F&B Manager to identify and maximise all sales opportunities.
- To communicate effectively with other departments in a professional manner.
- To support the manager with purchasing and stock control. (monthly stocktakes)
- To work closely with the Head Chef and his team on all daily operational matters and attend a weekly function sheet meeting.
- Reporting accidents and incidents that arise in line with teh correct procedures.
- Ensure all Health and Safety standards are adheared to within the Bar and Restaurant department and attend teh Health & Safety Committee Meetings)
- Support the F&B Manager and HR with performance management.
- Duty Manager shifts.
 
Candidate Requirements:
Excellent attention to detail. 
Excellent communication skills
Min 1 years previous experience as an Food and Beverage Assistant Manager/Supervisor or Duty Manager with Food and Beverage responsibilities.
Standards and targets driven
Ability to multi-task
