We are currently recruiting for a self-motivated, enthusiastic Junior Duty manager for a 4 Star Hotel. The ideal candidate should have a high standard of customer service and knowledge of Hotel Operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to further their career in the Hospitality Industry.
Communication and presentation must be exceptional at all times. The candidate should have prior experience as a Duty Manager in a Hotel of similar size in order to apply. Our team are highly trained & empowered to take decisions and embrace challenges, our customer care standards are second to none.
Your role will include working in the main function rooms for conferences and Weddings, delegation of tasks, fire walks, cash handling, and overseeing food service during peak times. Ensuring the Guests are happy, Customer focus is essential and is a strong culture we believe in. You will hold meetings with Staff and ensure your long and short term planning for each function is completed in a timely manner. Targets, management of waste, Wage control & budgets will also form part of your role.
