This role will allow YOU to put your stamp on the Customer Success Team going forward and you will be able to drive positive change by migrating the current small team into a dynamic, proactive team which delivers excellence in everything thus ensuring superior customer satisfaction.
This is a Fixed 3 month Contract with potential to migrate to Permanent Full Time Role
This exciting award winning business required a Team Leader to lead/develop/grow the customer operations team into a dynamic proactive entity. You will have experience of team management and change management. This is a great opportunity to be involved in the evolution of the team as the business expands and grows.
2 years or more experience of Managing a team in a fast paced, dynamic environment preferably SAAS, Tech, and BTB
Excellent Communications skills written and verbal
Excellent leadership qualities and change management would be desirable
Progressive, innovative, dynamic and forward thinking
A self starter who takes the initiative and makes it happen – can deliver results

Superior Customer Management Experience
You understand the value of proactively managing customers with solutions focused agenda and you can motivate others to buy into this vision and proactively spot opportunities whilst serving customers to such a high standard that they naturally return. This is not a sales role but you must be commercially focused and be happy to promote this business and its expanding services.
