Etto is an award-winning restaurant on Dublin’s Merrion Row. We offer a daily changing, seasonal menu served in a relaxed and informal environment. Our dishes are honest and simple, using ingredients from local producers and suppliers as much as possible. We also put a great deal of effort into sourcing and serving interesting ingredients with a particular nod towards Italy and Spain. Our wines are carefully selected with a focus on unusual grape varietals and small producers. In the three years since we opened, we are delighted to have won the following awards:

Who we are looking for:
We are looking for a full-time Chef de Partie. The ideal candidate will have some experience, be motivated and keen to learn and progress their career in one of Dublin's top restaurants. We are looking for hard working, reliable, enthusiastic and passionate chefs. Candidates must have the ability to work within a team. We are a small independent restaurant with an excellent reputation and we are looking for chefs who share our love for great food and service. You will be guided and trained by our team of experienced chefs who have a solid background in Michelin starred restaurants.
The position is full-time, permanent with an immediate start.
All applicants must
- Be qualified and have 2+ years recent previous experience in a busy kitchen
- Be capable of producing high quality food in a fast paced environment
- Have michelin star experience
- Have excellent Hygiene and HACCP experience
- Have a passion for cooking and willingness to learn
- Work well as part of a team
- Be Flexible
- Speak fluent English
