With a brand portfolio including, Audi, BMW, MINI, BMW Motorrad, BMWi, Mazda, Jaguar, Land Rover, Volvo, Kia, Ford, Volkswagen, Porsche and dealerships in Dublin, Meath, and Limerick, we are Ireland’s fastest growing motor group. 
 With Employee numbers now at 410, the Group is projecting a turnover of €300 million for 2016.  Now in its eighth consecutive years of growth in employee numbers, profitability, and turnover, we are now looking to recruit for an experienced creative Graphic Designer to join our talented team at the Joe Duffy Group. 
The Role:  
This is an exciting role for an ambitious and experienced graphic designer seeking a dynamic and rewarding career in graphic design. Reporting to the Group Marketing Manager you will create a broad range of artwork across multiple media channels for marketing campaigns across the 15 franchises of the Joe Duffy Group. This will include but is not limited to, national press adverts, point-of-sale material, web banners, internal communications and more. You will need to adhere to our various brands’ corporate identity guidelines for each media channel and ensure that subsequent artwork is of an acceptable standard for our prestigious brands.  
 Person Description:  
The successful candidate must possess creativity, ambition, an eye for detail, a can-do attitude and a willingness to be flexible and work to tight deadlines. Previous experience in creating, packaging and sending artwork for Irish publications is essential. Some experience in content management systems (CMS) for maintaining websites would be a distinct advantage. This is an exciting role for the right candidate seeking to further a career in graphic design.  
Core Skills:  
Expert and proven track record in Adobe Indesign, Photoshop and Illustrator. This is essential 
Any knowledge of Adobe Edge/HTML 5/Flash/Premiere Pro is an advantage but not a necessity. 
Excellent copywriting skills with an eye for details and terms & conditions.  
A proven track record of working with clients with restrictive brand guidelines for the creation of assets  
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment meeting tight deadlines. 
Specific Tasks and Duties:  
Liaising with the Junior Graphic Designer to create and deliver the required artwork in a timely fashion and assisting in the development of the Junior Graphic Designer. 
Working closely with the marketing team (team of 5) to create the required point-of-sale and digital marketing materials for each of their franchises 
Maintaining, updating and constantly improving multiple websites on a daily basis 
Responsibility for the upkeep and continuing development of our Industry Leading group intranet 
Generation of unique content for on and offline marketing literature  
Hours of Work:  
Standard hours of work are 8.30am to 5:30pm, Monday to Friday.
