The Role

Support the Managing Director in the day-to-day running of the office and marketing function.


Key Responsibilities

Support the Managing Director with all aspects of marketing communications, targeting appropriate audiences and assisting in the development of new sales lines

Updating all content on website, Update Site Seller

Commence marketing on social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn and Twitter, promoting website)

Play a key role in the deliverance of marketing projects, particularly for new product lines, special offers, and seasonal promotions

Support management with key sales with providing well written quotations, telephone support, customer service and ongoing liaison

General support and assistance to management

First line of communication – taking orders, query resolution

Dealing with customers who call in to use our  services and counter sales

Purchasing of stationery and office supplies


Essential Skills, Traits & Experience

Minimum of 1 year’s office administrator experience

Highly organised with the ability to manage conflicting priorities

Exceptional time management, communication and interpersonal skills

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel

Experience using WordPress or other website content management systems

Ability to work under pressure

A positive mind set and self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative


Desirable Skills

Third level qualification in marketing/digital marketing

Experience within the product based industry
