USIT

USIT In Ireland, USIT is the specialist in student, youth and independent travel. There are about 150 staff working for USIT at the moment. There are 13 retail travel units: 12 in the Republic of Ireland, 1 in Northern Ireland, and 1 partner office, and USIT accommodation centres include the Kinlay House hostels in Dublin, Cork and Galway, and the Harding Hotel, a 2-star facility located opposite Christchurch Cathedral in Dublin. USIT Ireland Ltd is bonded and licensed by the Irish Government as a travel agent (license no. 0296) and as a tour operator (license no. 049). The bond lodged with the Irish Government provides for the reimbursement to clients of monies paid to a travel agent or tour operator in the event of the failure of that agent/operator.
