UPS & Recruitment in Ireland
UPS operate two very important centres in Ireland, which service the specialist requirements of UPS customers throughout Europe: our European Call Centre and Consolidated Services Centre. These centres provide the first point of contact between the customer and UPS. Some of the responsibilities of the Customer Service Representative in the Pan-European Call Centre include: arranging collection and delivery of shipments, offering information on tracking and tracing of consignments and resolving any customer care issues. The Consolidated Services Centre provides a one-stop shop for all billing and accounting enquiries for 14 European countries served by UPS.

We are looking for ambitious professionals who enjoy working in a team and who are committed to providing excellent customer service on many different levels.
