| Who should participate in this course? |
The course is suitable for learners who wish to take up a role teaching children, in the age range 3-6, through the Montessori Method of Education.

| General Aims |
- To provide learners with a detailed understanding of the Montessori Method of Education applicable to children in the age range from (3-6)
- To prepare learners for taking up a role in a montessori setting working with children in the age range (3-6)

| Entry Requirements |
Learners are required to have a pass Leaving certificate or equivalent and be over the ages of 18.

| Work Experience |
Learners must complete a minimum of 40 hours working in a Montessori setting with children in the age range of (3-6). Work experience may be undertaken in a paid or voluntary capacity.

Montessori Teacher for children in the age range 3-6 years in a Montessori School or crèche or playgroup.
