Duration & Attendance
This is a 1 day Safe Pass course with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 20 participants.
Pre Course Requirements
Participants must be at least 16 years of age.
All participants must bring their PPS no and one passport photograph. Participants who are originally from outside Ireland must have a good working knowledge of the English Language.
Who will benefit?
Construction Site workers including apprentices and trainees, Local Authority personnel or anyone wishing to gain access to a construction site need to attend this Safe Pass course to ensure that they have a fundamental knowledge of health and safety.

- Promoting a Safety Culture
- Duties & Responsibilities at work.
- Accident Reporting & Prevention.
- Working at Heights
- Excavations & Confined Spaces
- Working with Electricity and Overhead Services.
- Personal Protective Equipment.
- Use of hand held equipment, tools and machinery.
- Safe use of Vehicles.
- Noise and Vibration.
- Health and Hygiene.
- Examination.
- Participants must be 16 or over.
Additional Information
This course is held at our training facility on the Kells Road, 5 minutes from the centre of town. Free car parking, tea & coffee is provided. A dedicated eating area including microwave, fridge & vending machine is available for course breaks.

Assessment & Certification
Participants are required to complete a written examination as set out by FAS.
Upon successful completion of this course participants will be issued with a FAS Safe Pass registration card which is valid for 4 years.
