About the Course
Time Management is not about cramming more into your day. There are some fundamental underlying principles at the heart of managing your time in a more efficient way. At the root of all this is clarity about how you spend your time and where you need to allocate your time to complete your objectives. This course is designed to help you manage your time better so that you can accomplish your daily tasks and activities with ease.
Course Aims & Objectives
The aim of the course is to provide participants with the skills required to analyse their use of time and to give practical tools to improve their own self-management of their daily activities. This course is particularly suited to anyone who needs to manage their time more effectively, especially managers, project managers, team leaders, supervisors, sales persons and administrators.

Delegates rate themselves at the start and finish of the course to establish the extent to which they have benefited. The new skills acquired during the course will help participants implement their Action Plan.

Cost & Duration
The cost for a one to one half-day course in Time Management is 290.00 Euro. A public course with 3 or more persons is 250.00Euro per delegate.
