Lean Sigma Yellow Belt Programme

This two-day instructor-led Lean Sigma Yellow Belt certification program provides participants with a comprehensive overview of the principles of Lean Thinking and Six Sigma continous improvement techniques. The program is delivered onsite in your facility and is targeted at those who may be directly involved or in the process of being involved in a LeanSigma project or organisation-wide Lean Sigma change program, or have been asked to contribute as part of a Lean Sigma team.

The program outlines and demonstrates the essential Lean Sigma tools and practices that can be applied within your organisation to increase efficiency and quality of service to the customer, improve employee satisfaction, and reduce waste. It aims to create not only a basic level of awareness of Lean but also an understanding of the benefits that can be achieved through utilising Lean and Six Sigma best practice. It provides a specific foundation to pursue higher-level Lean and Lean Sigma programs such as the Lean  Sigma Green and Lean Black Belt programs.
